俄烏戰爭新局勢：北韓參戰

各位代表好！今年，對於臺灣，甚至整個世界都是特別的一年。我們如果從臺灣出發，我們看到，中華民國總統大選、立法院的朝野對抗等；接著，視野擴大至東亞，我們看到，中共對臺灣的統一企圖心越發高漲、日本國會大選中自民黨大敗等；於是乎，繼續將視野擴大到世界，我們看到，以巴衝突升溫、俄烏戰爭仍在持續、美國大選川普獲勝等。

不知道大家是否有看到一個趨勢正在悄然發生？那就是更多的不穩定、規模更大的衝突正在上演。而正因為如此，今年我們將在KMUN聯合國大會這個委員會中，試圖理解並詮釋「北韓」，也就是所謂「北朝鮮」，參與俄烏戰爭的原因、以及對俄烏戰局的影響，甚至是對國際政治的影響。而參與這次會議的你們，必須就聯合國大會所有的職權對這個事件進行回應。而面對目前尚未明朗結果的時事事件來說，這是富有挑戰性的，而我們非常期待，各位代表如何就此給出你們的判斷與回應。最後，歡迎對國際安全、區域衝突有興趣的代表參與到此次會議當中，一起來共同尋求同時具備創造力與解決力的和平解方！

New Developments in the Russia-Ukraine War: North Korea's Participation 

Distinguished delegates, 

This year has been remarkable for Taiwan and the world. Starting from Taiwan, we have witnessed the Republic of China’s presidential election and the intense confrontations in the Legislative Yuan. Expanding our view to East Asia, we see an increasingly aggressive push by the Chinese Communist Party for unification with Taiwan and the shocking defeat of Japan’s Liberal Democratic Party in the parliamentary elections. Broadening our perspective further to the global stage, we find escalating conflicts such as the Israel-Palestine tensions, the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war, and Donald Trump’s victory in the U.S. presidential election.
